Summary: The night doesn't just belong to the vampires. In fact, something very different owned it long before their evil wings took flight. For the wolf howls at the night's beck and call, and kills as instinct commands it. And sometimes, man is subject to the wolf's images, and things get rather...hairy.

History: Extremely skilled botanist Dr. Wilfred Glendon has a problem. He was going to get a specimen of the rare mariphasa plant in Tibet, when a mysterious creature bit him. Alas, it was not the Abominable Snowman, but a werewolf. And the only way to stave off this newfound lycanthropy, that being the mariphasa, was recently stolen by said werewolf. Now Glendon faces the idea that he may have to alienate everyone he's come to know and love. That or kill everyone on sight.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Just before he can kill his beloved, Glendon is shot by police officers, and dies thanking everyone he's known for supporting him through his horrible end-days.

Powers/Abilities: Nothing except strength.

Weakness: Anything conventional. Also, the transformation can be deterred through contact with an alive mariphasa plant.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-While it boasts some impressive fangs, Glendon's werewolf look is a bit too human-like to warrant any likings to a wolf. He's also rather pitiable in retrospect.

Trivia: -This is one of the first werewolf movies ever made.

-Apparently, they saved a more bestial look for "The Wolf Man"'s Larry Talbott in order to make way for a more expressive werewolf.
